One of Code Red!'s special guests for Wednesday, August 24, 2005 was Ms. Millicent Williams--District of Columbia Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Manager for the Citizen Corps of Serve DC.

Ms. Williams joined us to discuss a brand new special training partnership with Amtrak that is the first in a series of CERT training courses being planned for Amtrak employees at stations and facilities across the country.
