Dr. Kathleen Hall Discusses Reducing Commuter Stress On Mass Transit During The Code Red! Show

On Thursday, August 4, 2005 one of Code Red!'s special guests was Dr. Kathleen Hall, Author of the book, "Alter Your Life." Dr. Hall is founder of the Stress Institute and she is one of the nation's leading authorities on stress management and work-life management issues.

As a result of increased public transportation security initiatives in the United States in the wake of the recent London train and bus bombings, Dr. Hall joined us to talk specifically about stress reduction strategies that daily mass transit commuters can use to reduce some of the anxiety that may be present during this time of heightened police security.
